Understanding how people develop and what inspires them to grow has been Daniel’s obsession for decades. He has impacted the lives of employees while leading Human Resources and Talent Development departments in multinationals in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East.
Daniel has participated in consulting projects for more than 50 companies worldwide, while being involved in the operation and founding of several HR Tech initiatives, such as HRbots, Bowsy. He was also an authorized partner of MIT’s startup Humanyze to provide its technology services in Europe.
Daniel is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation. He is also facilitator of the Unlocking Immunity to Change approach, trained directly by its creators Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey.
As a professor at IE Business School and IE University, students have been his primary source of inspiration. Daniel is the author of the book Inspirable, The Greatest Skill Of All. 

Daniela has a work history of more than 15 years focused on Human Capital with multinational organizations from different sectors, dedicated in the last 8 years as Project Director at Talent Group, a boutique consultancy firm, focused on automation of Human Resources services for International clients with presence in Mexico and Latin America.
Daniela is passionate on the deep understanding of human behavior and relationships, with a natural talent for observation and finding breaking points in communication. This passion and talent is reflected since the beginning of her professional training: Psychologist with a Master's Degree in Strategic Management of Human Resources and Business Administration from Anahuac University; in addition to diplomas and certifications in Coaching, Biodecoding Therapy, Human Development and Neurolinguistic Programming.

With over 15 years of private practice experience in the Twin Cities, I've focused on serving BIPOC and immigrant communities, dedicating over 18,144 therapy hours. Specializing in Positive Psychology, Humanistic Psychology, and Mindfulness-Based Practices, I guide individuals and organizations towards purposeful living, aligning mindset shifts with personal goals. Social justice is a cornerstone of my practice, amplified through the Historias y Huellas Podcast, which has reached 20,781 views across platforms.

Passionate about empowering Latina leaders, I provide strategies for success in diverse settings. Through consultancy, I integrate self-discovery with advocacy, fostering environments where strengths flourish. My journey through immigration grief informs my leadership, emphasizing resilience and embracing my Latina identity. In mental health deserts, I've established critical support networks and mentor emerging leaders. Beyond therapy, I amplify underrepresented Latinx/e narratives through multimedia platforms, promoting community empowerment and resilience.

 Dr. Mark Kizilos founded Experience-Based Development Associates, LLC in 2012. He specializes in leveraging work experience to accelerate talent development. He also teaches and consults on leadership and talent management, does individualized coaching and works with organizations to provide world class development experiences to executives from some of the nation's top companies. 

 Earlier, Dr. Kizilos worked as a consultant serving clients such as PepsiCo, Delta Air Lines, Royal Bank Financial Group, and Target. His work with senior leadership succession has been cited as a best practice in Harvard Business Review, and he recently authored the book, "FrameBreaking Leadership Development." He has also served as Assistant Dean of Executive Education for the Carlson School of Management, at the University of Minnesota.
